Embassy

Up early to see my American friend, Alicia, off to the airport. She's off to join Ludo, her French, Physics Professor boyfriend in Toulouse, whom she met whilst teaching in Uzbekistan last year.
I then had a busy day...
Metro to Poissionerie to go to the Indian Embassy on Rue de Paradis for my visa...
Then another metro, or two, to St. Placid to go to Boulevard Raspail to take my placement test and register for French lessons at L'Alliance Française.
After an hour of writing and reading exams, and two oral/speaking tests with two different examiners I am now fully enrolled and ready to go... On y va!!!
Spent the rest of the day unpacking from Scotland, and catching up on emails, and little jobs etc.
I made a quick veggie curry for dinner...
Time for an early night... Zzzz
