Too brighten up a dull day

It had been raining in the night so was damp but the rest of the day was mainly muggy and dull.  Had coffee at church, did housework, had some homemade chicken and veg soup, went dancing and then walking.  Took quite a lot of shots, some in the garden first thing and some down along the seafront and garrison.  Chose this shot because I thought it could fit into throwback Thursday as these bricks are very old, not uniform in shape or colour but I think they are lovely, especially with the flowers in front of them.  Couple of extras too, spider and the sea which has been so different recently!
