The latest idea in street food?

Another grey day and I'm sorry to say that my curmudgeonly mood shows little sign of improving. This afternoon however I was again reminded, as with the M&Ms on Tuesday, that there is always somebody having a worse time of things - I can't imagine that the creator of this pavement omelette went home with a smile on their face and a song in their heart!
