Well only one frame I guess,

Title is from a song on new album by Jason Isbell , an album that has been playing lots chez SwissRoll recently. He finally seems to be getting recognition he deserves.

Good run with the guys today, 16k with 3*3000m at marathon pace, which turned out to be about 10-15 seconds faster than planned, always a problem when running in a group of super competitive guys.

Léo is still doing fine and thank you for all your super comments. He is  biting less and I think starting to bond.
