The tears of a clown

There are many "beggars" or "homeless" who regularly appear on London Bridge, some with dogs, some with rags. This person seemed to tell his own story, visually: the sad face, the coat hanger, the umbrella in the drizzle, the hunched pose....wonder what his real story is?
