I actually took this photo yesterday but didn't get the chance to look at it until just now...we were in the pub having lunch and I just asked him to look wistfully out of the window...and he obliged...
The beard is a relatively new thing and I really like it...he looks much more mature....
He quite likes me taking photos of him and has even had a few compliments about some of the DJ photos I've taken of him..he has been to one of my photography clubs before to sit as a model for us...with his guitar.
According to Blip it's my 300th photo tomorrow...and I don't think I've done any pre-dated Blips so I've been thinking carefully about what to do to celebrate the fact that I have almost managed to upload a photo a day for 300 days!  I know there are plenty of Blippers who've completed far more than that but it feels like a real major achievement for me....
I've learned so much about taking photos since I first started and have enjoyed the community on Blip so much...making lots of virtual friends and I love dipping into peoples' photo journals and seeing some amazing photos...I was concerned that because of the issues around Blipfoto that I may not get to the 365.....but actually I'm already planning my next 365...and it will be in whatever form is available because I love the discipline of not only taking a photo a day but also keeping a daily journal...here's to the last 66 photos for this part of my journey!
