The colourful museum cafe!

It was in the café of the Newmarket Museum. The paintings on the wall are the famous jockeys, trainers and commentators from the TV. This little man was a retirement jockey who was there watching the horseracing on the TV. He explained to my husband who all the famous people on the wall were. He knows personally almost everybody. He is 80 now and he was very proud of himself. His picture was in the Gallery but  I don't remember his name. It was very interesting listening to him.
The paintings were paintings by the artist Jacqueline Jones who is living in Newmarket and I know her personally.
We arrived late for the tour so instead we went to the racecourse and training area etc to have a look around and show my niece. We didn't see many horses so later on the way home we stopped to show her some horses near our home. She enjoyed it so much because she loves horses and she would like to go back tomorrow so probably we will be there again.
Thanks a lot for the comments, hearts  and stars . Glad I made you smile. Enjoy my picture.
