Ness Islands

The Ness Islands are in the middle of the River Ness just upstream of Inverness city centre. This is one of the two suspension bridges, built in the 1850s, which connect the islands to the banks of the river.

After a good day's work and a nice meal at the Mustard Seed we had a lovely walk along one bank, over to the islands to wander through the trees and back along the other bank. Lucky us spending a few days here.
