the last of the things

as our kids grow up, all the things they made are starting to get taken down and kept forever or thrown away and they aren't getting replaced with endless streams of snowflakes and streamers like they always did. It's kind of sad but much less dusty and cluttered. I like that they are growing up but miss them being little too.
