Who said they are stupid?

("Dummi Gees" is Pfälzisch (Palatinate German) for a stupid woman - one of the politer expressions - in Englisch "stupid or silly goat".
Pronounciation a bit different from what you would expect if you are English speaking: Doomee Gaes (the "g" like in goes)
