First Day of School...

That's them enlisted into primaries 4 and 5.

Asked them to tell me something that they know now that they didn't know this morning.

1)  The biggest part of an iceberg is under water.  This then ensued a conversation around the use of the 'tip of the iceberg' phrase.
2)  Margins are used for something to do with dots and circles which I didn't quite understand, but he seemed to be able to repeat the explanation and they are also used for numbers of questions or sums if required.

I'd say that's a pretty good start to the year.
