Bean!!!!

Roo is trying to get Beans attention, I'm trying to get Roos attention and Beans just happily enjoying the tiny amount of sun that shone at lunchtime.

I'm on a long day again today and not feeling it!!!

I stupidly fell upstairs yesterday whilst at work ( in front of a Dr who bless her came to my aid and didn't laugh once) I thought I was ok but as the days worn on my knee and hip really are giving me grief.

I'm going through a bad time with illness and aches and pains and it's totally annoying as I never get sick that's for wimps!!!

Oh well at least the chis give plenty of positive thoughts when I see them... Roll on Sunday a day off!!!!
