Just not even cake at all

This is a Vietnamese Banh Mi from Pho Nom (pronounced phenom heh heh) a crusty French bread roll stuffed with roast pork belly, chilli, sweet/sour carrot, coriander and spring onion. It's also got a cheeky slather of pate rather than butter. So. Delicious.
