Environmental Effects "10"

LEED - Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design.
The blip is inside the middle, or the courtyard, of a LEED building. I tried something I have not previously. That was, using the Pano option on the IPhone, with the wide angle Olloclip attached. So this is a 360 with lots of curvature that is not in reality, there. It costs a lot to live here, even in a Studio, so most people cannot go there.
If you want to live here. I am not friends with realtor.
We purchased a new front door mat from Bridge City Mercantile, a small shop on the ground level that sells locally sourced products in addition to the mat from Danica who are proud to be alumni of the Climate Smart program 2011/2012 in which they completed a GHG (Greenhouse Gas) emissions inventory and developed strategies to reduce their GHGs.
Before even reading about them I blipped the mat in front of our environmentally friendly Smart.
And also blipped the Division Street Skate Guy's telephone pole posting. He is looking for a place to live in this highly highly highly renovated part of SE Portland. If he does not have a car, he must fall into this pro environment category as well. But honestly, I never met him, so it could be a trick posting.
