Autumn Has Arrived

Even the trees are changing colour (see 'extra') ........ or maybe that is because more of the roots have been exposed?

I dragged SWMBO off to the doctor this morning - she was in a healthier state than expected for somebody who has not eaten or drunk for days. She still got a row for that from the doctor though (along with anti-nausea tablets to help her eat).
Most of the day she remained in an upright position and even managed a trip to the shops.

Despite the (light) rain when I got home I had to put the hose in the pond and top it up before some of the marginal plants dried out.
I then made a couple of small boxes on the new lathe - just to make sure it was all working okay you understand.
