Roots

Whilst in Norfolk we have been round a few graveyards looking for ancestors! Mr H's great grandmother's family were all from Norfolk, a lot of them being watermen in and around Runham, Rollesby and Thrigby. His 3x g grandfather John Neve, and 2 x g grandfather , Robert Neave lived in this street in Alysham in 1861. This cottage was typical of the street, but I am not sure old enough to have been there in 1861. Still fascinating to have been in the street where we know they lived all those years earlier.

Met an old Brass Band Friend last night who is now living in Norfolk. Lovely to meet up again and catch up with each other.
