Whisky Distillery

After two glorious sunny days, our third day in Scotland brought rain all day long. So we headed to the Glenfiddich Distillery for a tour and whisky tasting. These enormous washbacks are where the yeast is added and the fermentation process begins. They're actually five metres deep, with most of this hidden beneath the floor.
