Car ride to Spruce Knob Lake campground

After getting brunch with Jenny and Jorge at Pamela's, we left for our week long camping vacation. This was Benny's first long drive since we adopted him and we didn't know how he would handle it. He pretty much slept for the entire trip. What a great road trip puppy! Lucy is normally very anxious during long car rides and did much better than expected. We were so proud of both of them!

After 4 hours of driving, we arrived at our campsite. The stars are so bright here. I'm looking forward to some serious star gazing.
