Raspberry ripple rose

Here's a raspberry ripple rose blipped on my way to work this morning.

It was a day of research student supervisions, research projects, email shovelling (just a couple of hundred messages to go now), and showing off my bright, shiny, neat, tidy and clean office to anyone who passed my door!

Exercise today: walk to work and back (19,378 steps). (Provided that I sleep OK tonight, 06:00am runs will return tomorrow morning...)
