Empty Bench

Yeovil are playing away at York this evening and, what with injuries and suspension, we haven't got enough players available to name a full complement of substitutes on the bench.

Our son, Chris has travelled all the way up there for the game: he's a dedicated fan / glutton for punishment (delete according to your point of view).

As for this morning's golf round, I'd have done as well to sit on this bench behind the 15th tee and watch the clouds drift by.

My problem was, I was hitting the ball straight: straight into the rough, straight into the trees, the ditch, the pond - show me a hazard and I hit the ball straight in it!
