Heads or Trails

Couldn't decide, had to toss a coin in the end.

Got Head.

First tentative ride out for over a week - Whitby and a bad back keeping me out of the saddle.  Did a short 10 mile route and feel OK so far.  Looks like a longer ride is on the cards.
