Tiny Tuesday 12 - Mystery Macro

I'm hopeless at macros...I do try and this is probably a good challenge for me...people talk about extension tubes and such like but I'm a bit clueless about all that...
I have a Panasonic GX7 - is there a specific macro lens for this camera?
I have a 25mm portrait lens and used that one for this but it doesn't seem to get close enough to call it a proper macro?  I did crop this quite heavily to make sure that it fitted the bill but would like to learn how to do "proper" macro shots!
