Two stripy heads

It has been a very busy day. Work in the morning, a bit of shopping at lunch time and my last physio session in the afternoon. The physio helped a little but my foot is still feeling rather painful this evening.

When I cycled home from the supermarket, I spotted a family of Great Crested Grebes at the same place where a pair of them had had a nest before. These were possible the same birds but if they were, they had lost one of their young at some point because there were only two of them in this family.
