Earls Hill

Today I took the boys up Earls Hill near Pontesbury. It was a lovely walk and the views from the top were beautiful. In this shot you can just see the village of Pontesbury.  I've been doing a lot of exercise since we broke up from school, including playing badminton, cycling (25K) and swimming (130 lengths) and feel that my fitness has improved a lot - this was all shot to pieces this afternoon as I felt completely out of shape walking up the very steep hill. Being overtaken by a pensioner out walking his dog didn't help!!!  Back to the drawing board for me. :-)
