Spinal fusion
This is for Hebs, who has been slightly fixed. Good news. :-)
Six bolts 70 mm long, 2 pins about 90 mm long and believe it or not the head of femur from a lady who had a hip joint change. Aberdeen hospital has a bone bank. The bone is grated over the repair work then covered with steroids to initiate quicker growth. What you see is the Sacrum, S1 fused to L5 and L4, I wish they had gone on to do L3 as it is precarious.
The bits of bone are now a fully grown mass around the operation site, it keeps me in touch with my feminine side.
