Cannon Hall

Today we drove out to Cannon Hall - a country house museum located between the villages of Cawthorne and High Hoyland, not far from Barnsley.  Lovely grounds in which we walked Polly dog.  Plenty of space and rolling meadows, and well maintained gardens.   Also a Farm Shop with an excellent selection of foodstuffs.  I have included an extra of a very nice wrought iron gate which sits at the entrance to a walled garden.
