End of an era

In memory of Eamonn Kiernan who died peacefully on 13th August surrounded by his loving family. A legend has exited the stage.  And also for Margaret his lovely wife who passed away in April 2014. Together again. 


Some of the things I will really miss:
Stopping by on Sat/Sun afternoon with Rita for tea and a chat while you continuously flicked the stations between "teletext" and "Movies for Men". 

Your over generous bbq's, with steak,steak and more steak.
Your hat perched atop your head as you snoozed. 
Your famous response of "Not Tat all" to some conversation you disagreed with.
Your greeting of "Myyy Boyyy" and "GOSSOON" to Luke and all the young lads.


We will miss you both so very much, for Rita both of you were so much more than an Uncle and an Aunt.


For all your loving family and friends during this sad time. The great memories will continue to warm the soul.


So wherever you both are, Margaret, I hope you have hidden the tv remote.
