Got all the jobs done in the garden this morning ..... so decided to have another trip to Whisby Nature park & hope we didn't get bitten to pieces again this time! Unfortunately they had another nibble of Hubby ..... I returned unscathed!

It was cloudy but dry so we had a lovely wander around ......... we saw lots of birds including Great Crested Grebe with young, a family of Swans, Heron, Great Tit, Blue Tit, Long Tailed Tit & a Robin ..... but unfortunately didn't see any sign of the pair of Kingfishers. We also saw a Great White Egret ..... but it was too far away to get a decent shot ..... first time we've seen one in the flesh so to speak!! :-)

One of the best things was we saw this Jay & it even posed beautifully for me ....... do hope you like it :-)

The extras are of the Heron: one of him scratching his foot & the other diving his head under the water to grab a fish ...... do hope you will take the time to look at them too :-)
