A ride out to Te Atatu on the Northwest cycleway this afternoon. A lot of it is a bit messy still with all the roadworks under way on the motorway, but all credit to those organising things that at least the cycleway is kept open no matter what and keeps us cyclists safe from the traffic. If this new bridge section is any indication of what's to come when it is all completed, I can't wait. Nearly 20km (one way) of traffic free riding....brilliant.
