Cheeky chops

Today we visited our soon to be house now the tenants are out and a lot less junk in there! It's bigger than we remember but definitely needs a lot of work. Bonus was seeing inside the summer house in the garden which was lovely and can't wait to paint it and make it a play room for the boys:-) looking forwards to moving in now even with its grottiness:-) I did take pictures of the house but this pic of Seb was just too cute to resist!
