Good recipe

Had a lovely lovely weekend. My bestie Lucy visited with her gorgeous almost one year old. She drove through the night on Friday and landed late Friday eve.

Unfortunately it was a bad night's sleep all round so we were all a bit bleary eyed on Saturday. Lots of coffee and chocolate brought us round - just about!

We walked into Wilmslow to the Farmer's Market and had hot dogs and bought cakes. Took this pic of our trip to the park. Poor Squidge had a nasty bump on her head after she headbutted some metal binoculars at the top of the slide. I always hate it when she hurts herself, I honestly feel real pain myself.

Then it was home to flop before Angus came home and cooked us a delicious dinner of lamb chops, tapenade and vegetables washed down with Rioja as our exhausted children slept upstairs. Friends, loved ones, fresh air and good food. A great weekend recipe.
