Extreme Ragged Robin?

The banks of the Oulanka river are lined with this rather extreme version of our Ragged Robin.

Almost canoed into Russia today. Fortunately we didn't as I am not sure if they would have let us out. The borders are guarded by video cameras and 16yr olds with Kalashnikovs.
