Scaredy-cat!

We had some friends over for lunch today with their 5 year old son. Our cats ran and hid... behind rose bushes, over the fence, in the back alleyway, anywhere away from a very excited little boy!

We had a lovely afternoon: lunch in the garden followed by a trip to the playground en route to a walk in the woods and a cup of tea.

I'm off to a gentle yoga class tonight - for the first time in my life - am feeling a little worried with all my complex regional pain syndrome issues in my hand/arm/shoulder, but it's worth a go! Wish me luck, I've signed up for 6 weeks!
