Light my fire...

Yesterday evening, we went to see our friends Graham and Nat, who were having a BBQ in their newly 'renovated' garden (do you 'renovate a garden?!). Graham never does things by half and has purchased a giant BBQ/Pizza oven. It's huge, has a chimney and took four builders to move it to their back garden. We ate fresh mackerel, burgers (falafel ones for us pescetarians) and belly pork (for the carnivores). Oh, and chocolate brownie cake and iced cream. At dusk, we watched a murder of crows come in to roost (quite an experience!). Sadly, I didn't think to get my camera out until most of them had roosted, so no pic unfortunately. We then sat around the fire to keep warm and chatted into the evening.
