Swannay Loch

I phoned my M-in-law first thing and she reported she is still feeling a bit trowie.  Which is not her usual. 

It’s a lovely day so I ventured with CMC out to Swannay Loch for a walk around the coast.  I even treated myself to a Sunday paper from the Dounby Co-op; I buy one about four times a year.  It’s back to the dancing tonight.
