Through Durham

The train journey back up to Scotland along the East Coast line is full of interesting views. This is just coming into Durham station, I love the view of the Castle and Cathedral and glorious countryside. Further up the line of course there are the bridges over the Tyne in Newcastle, views over to Lindisfarne Island and beautiful Berwick-on-Tweed, before you get the Scottish coast and views over to Bass Rock as you get closer to Edinburgh. Once I get through Durham I know I'm on the home strait.
