Jersey Tiger Moth

Had a long walk in the park this morning and took in the gardens where this moth was seen. A fairly old specimen but still spectacular.
Informed butterfly conservation of the moth, who have informed me that it is actually a Jersey Tiger Moth. So I have updated the blip. Apparently it does occur in the area I live.
