The Soggy Road To Dublin...

A very early start, as the Blues tried out their latest fund-raising idea, 'Kick A Ball To Croker!'

It's about 30 miles from the Newfoundwell Road to Croke Park, so the idea was to have each group kicking 30-40 times and the cumulative total being the full distance. Unfortunately, the weather intervened after about an hour, so we may have kicked as far as Donabate, Gateway to the Wesht!

And then it got worse, as Monkey Boy managed to win a Gaelic ball in the draw of the sponsorship cards! Because, if there's one thing we really need, it's another football!
