Oxford Jazz

I really enjoyed this street musician's performance of "somewhere over the rainbow". He had to stop playing almost immediately after I took this shot, as the Oxford Pride march came past.
I took some photos of Peter Tatchell as he went by, but he kept turning his head to the other side of the street - honestly, you can't get the celebrity gay rights activists these days! I thought the march was quite small, and I wondered why.
We'd parked the car in leafy North Oxford and walked in, we were surprised to meet one of Laurafrances' former schoolfriends (former as in they're not at school any more, rather than former friend!). Almost didn't recognise him, as not only are they not at school any more, they're all grown up.
I managed to get some time in the garden when we got back, everything has grown very tall this year - searching for some sunlight, I think. Aren't we all?
