Smoo Cave !

Arriving in Durness after travelling up from Ullapool ... Just in time for the torrential downpour (generally don`t think it rains as bad as it does in the highlands) and thunder storm we just managed to get the tent pitched and onto the onsite pub and restaurant for some shelter and pool.
Gladly the next day the rain was at bay while we could get out and explore the most north-west point of Britain. Smoo cave one of the most sought after attractions we wandered down to the waterfall inside the cave (caved from limestone) unfortunately due to the rainfall the night before the water level was too high to get out on to the boat where we could see more of the caves. :)
