Chaos!

A day of two halves. Quiet morning changing beds and relaxing drinking coffee and reading Eleanor Marx biography. Then the C family arrived (all 7 of them) and I took the kids round town to see all the street performers to give M&L a chance to look through the brochures and plan their week.
Lots of arguments about who gets to sleep in which bed, but we put them into temporary beds whilst we had dinner and chatted then moved them round once we were out of the sitting room.
M&H phoned from California....they're very sad as they've had to have their dog put down (he was a biter).....but they couldn't risk it with their baby arriving in December. Right decision, but a shame to see them so sad
