Evening Paddle

Day 1 of our holiday in Whitby (we have only just got back, so am backblipping in chronological order).

This year, we shared a house with Mrs H's sister and her husband, with their two lads, the Jnr's cousins.  They all get on like a house on fire and it has been a fantastic week all round, I've loved it.

After a spot of chip-related tea (not me, I had the prawn salad much to my disappointment), we took the kids down to the beach at sunset as they were giddy as expected and couldn't wait until the morning.  This is Dad J with little JJ - he wasn't keen on the wet sand on his feet, but was fascinated enough to overcome it.
