Original handwork

This is a piece of ceramic that G painted years ago when we caught the Cafe Ceramique bug! There is a restaurant here that serves great food and allows people to choose a piece of ceramic to paint. You can collect the finished piece a week later... It is one of Gs best works.

It's been an "at home" day again. Couldn't quite face going out in the heat unless it was absolutely necessary and whatever I need can wait till tomorrow as I have to go to work!

Caught up with more domestic things and got a few things fixed as well (tube light in the kitchen went). And then I missed a really interesting BBC documentary on the East India Company because I got so engrossed with choosing pictures from the summer holiday to put into an online album. It is nearly done; just needs editing.
