Not Mr Kipling's - mine!

For some reason Mr Kipling's Country Slices are no longer available in the village and they are the only cake Hilda really likes. I usually get some when I  see them in Ely but haven't been there lately so she has none. Today I decided to have a go and make some. So, here they are  - "Miss K's Village Slices". As I am on a diet and should not eat much cake I only made a small batch  - 8  - plus a bit of trimming off the edges (which I did eat - well, I had to check they're OK didn't I?) 
Just going to take them round to her to remove the temptation from me.
