Out for a walk late morning with Mr K & Logan, as we headed back into Kettwig we went past the pub where have our quiz nights. The Brückenschenke is an old school pub, its mainstay being beer & football, the white wine made palatable only when drunk diluted with fizzy water*, so this sign is very droll. Ironically, they have a stand up in the meile this weekend, serving gin & tonic

* we do drink it neat but only when seeking oblivion.
