Worthing Birdman

A very slow start this morning, can we all still be tired? Or are we just lazy? We walked to the beach, watched a bit of the birdman competition and bought a burger from one of the stalls on the seafront, had coffee and ice cream at Macaris, and now we are home. Jasper's chasing a moth around the kitchen, the kids are plugged into their computers and I think Marc has snuck off for a snooze.
