The Clachaig Skull

The Clachaig Skull, an exhibit in the Hunterian, from the Neolithic period (4000-2500 BC), apparently when we just started farming, rather than being hunter gatherers. Excavated from a cairn at Clachaig Falls on Arran in 1900, along with the remains of 14 men, women & children.
