Wet Weekend!

For weeks the UK weather forecast has begun with a doomladen statement of horrors to come .... before pointing out that this only applies to the southern and western parts of England and to Wales and that ..... actually ... Scotland's OK thank you very much, and at the very least, it's dry.

But yesterday and today? Ugh! No redeeming features in this dreich, sodden, chilly day. And yet, the garden still has delights to offer, even if I have to dress up in waterproofs to blip.
