Odds against

Never thought we'd find dice in Chisinau, but having dreamt up a beetle drive as a suitable activity for volunteers and the elderly ladies at Casa Helen next week, we thought we'd keep an eye out for them.
Diving into to only Debenhams type store we'd found in town, to get a bit of respite from the heat, we took an unlikely escalator up to the 5th floor which offered a Sports Department. This turned out to be a few football shirts and this perfect drawer of dice, darts and ping pong balls.
We bought 20 dice in a fit of excitement and enthusiasm. Watch this space in a few days' time to see if it is matched by the residents of Casa Helen, or if it's lead balloon time.
