A moment of calm

It ended up being a rather late night last night, so today has been rather quiet.

One of the highlights though was an afternoon nap on the sofa with Wes - I confess I awoke to find myself cuddling him like a teddy bear. I honestly don't know how that cat puts up with me sometime. Ach, he loves it!

Thought I'd take a wee shot of the blissfully quiet lower half of the Royal Mile after my show at the Scottish Storytelling Centre. The rest of the city is excruciatingly busy - I actually hate it - seems so much busier than other years!
